Penza, 4 April 2015. PenzaNews. The weight-lifting championship and competition of the Penza region were the first events to take place in the newly-built martial arts sports palace that opened its doors in spring 2015.

The winners of the women’s competitions were Diana Golofeeva, Polina Plotnikova and Yulia Bastrygina from Penza, the press service of the regional sports committee informed PenzaNews agency.

“The men’s competitions in separate weight groups were Artem Barabanov, Dmitry Sivov and Victor Vyrovtsev from Kuznetsk, as well as Penza athletes, Dmitry Mamentyev, Ilya Borisov, Artem Samokhvalov, Alexei Apobolnikov, Victor Koshkin and Alexander Kazachenko,” they reported.
