Penza, 13 May 2015. PenzaNews. Artur Panteleev was fully confirmed as the chairman of the Penza regional sports committee, vice-governor Victor Rubtsov wrote in his Twitter on Wednesday, May 13.

Artur Panteleev has headed this department before: he first became acting chairman of the sports committee in summer 2012, after its former head Grigory Kabelsky moved on to lead the summer sports development department in the Russian Ministry of Sports.

Later on, in December 2012, Artur Panteleev was fully confirmed as the committee’s chairman.

In March 2014, he was demoted to first deputy chairman of the committee, replaced in his office by Valentin Klyachman.

After Valentin Klyachman vacated the office in March 2015, Artur Panteleev was once again trusted with the seat of the committee’s acting chairman.
