Penza, 23 May 2015. PenzaNews. Over 25,000 people took part in a public sports campaign “Be Healthy!” held in all educational institutions, companies and organizations of Penza on Friday, May 22, the press service of the city administration informed PenzaNews agency.

“It included a mass test using the GTO program [‘Ready for Labor and Defense’] standards, such as shuttle run, 30, 60, 100 meter race, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 km marathon, standing and running jump, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, standing or supported toe touches, target or distance throwing, and swimming,” the city administration listed the disciplines.

According to the press service, the GTO swimming tests will be taken at “Sura” sports palace on Satuday, May 23.
