Penza, 29 May 2015. PenzaNews. Andrei Tersintsev, a chess player from the Penza region, will take part in the international chess championship for people with locomotive disabilities that will be held in Serbia in July.

The candidate master of sports took the fourth place during the Russian championship in Nalchik.

The first place was taken by Dmitry Scherbin from the Sverdlovsk region, followed by Alexei Yastrebov from the Moscow region and Artem Kuzminykh from the Perm Krai, says the press service of the regional sports committee.
