Penza, 18 June 2015. PenzaNews. The Arbitration Court of the Penza region has received a claim from the regional Olympic reserve to recognize the professional hockey club “Diesel” as bankrupt.

The claim was registered on Tuesday, June 16.

The judge is to make their decision on initiating an investigation within five years after receiving it, the press secretary of the Penza region Arbitration Court informed PenzaNews agency.

“A verdict on claim must follow: it initiates the investigation. If the submitted claim is in vilation of the requirements of the Arbitration Processing Codex of Russia, the court chooses to make no motion over it and sets the reasons and the time period for the submitter to rectify them. Moreover, an arbitration court may refuse the claim under Art. 129 of the APC,” the speaker explained.
