Penza, 20 June 2015. PenzaNews. The Arbitration Court of the Penza region has left the claim of the regional Olympic reserve school to recognize the professional SHL hockey club “Diesel” as bankrupt was left with no motion.

According to the court reply, the claim submitted by the creditor had violations: in particular, it lacked the proof of the debt, such as checks.

The Olympic reserve school is asked to rectify the aforementioned violations before July 9, 2015.
