Penza, 21 August 2015. PenzaNews. The second stage of the population developmental evaluation on the standards of nationwide sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” began in the Penza sports palace “Rubin” on Friday, August 21.

It gathered employees of enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership, employees of state and municipal budgetary institutions, as well as all willing.

The evaluation was open for people aged 25 years and older with a doctor's permission or a statement of personal responsibility for life and health. Another important conditiion was wearing sports clothes.

All participants were divided into six age categories: 25-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years, 60-69 years, 70 years and older. Depending on the age, each group had specific tests and performance standards.

Women, depending on the age group, were invited to perform the following tasks — 60-meter race, throwing 1 kg ball, rifle shooting, and 2 or 3 km race. The older participants were invited to do 3 km Nordic walking or mixed movement of 2 km.

Men are needed to pass a run of 60 meters and 3 km away, throwing meditsinbola 2 kg, perform the norm for rifle shooting. For members of 60 years was also provided for Nordic walking or mixed race.
