Penza hockey club “Diesel” debt to Federal Tax Service exceeds 1 million rubles

Penza, 25 August 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region Federal Tax Service department sent a request to the regional Arbitration Court to add a debt of 1,437,933.46 rubles in the creditor demand list to the professional hockey club “Diesel” that is currently under monitoring.

The request is currently on review.

The court session on the request will be held on October 14.

Earlier, a similar request had come from an individual entrepreneur for 1,138,949.63 rubles.

One more had been sent from “Severstal” on 3,258,966.10 rubles.

On July 20, 2015, the Arbitration court included the debt of 1,367,489.57 rubles from the Penza region Olympic reserve school in the third tier of creditor list.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the executive director of the club “Diesel” Vadim Bogatskov announced during the June 5, 2015 press conference in the regional sports committee that the club’s total debt sum sans fines exceeds 45 million rubles.

On June 16, the media received information that “Diesel” will sit out the 2015-2016 Supreme Hockey League season as decided during the club board meeting, without losing its registration in the league, while the team “Dizelist” will be playing in the Youth Hockey League this season.
