Penza, 22 September 2015. PenzaNews. Over 5,000 Penza citizens are expected to take part in the annual campaign “Cross of Nations 2015” that will take place on Sunday, September 27, at the Olympic Alley.

The event dedicated to Russian Running Day aims to bring together students, young workers, and all healthy lifestyle enthusiasts.

The athletes will be able to register for the event from 8.30 to 10.00 by the Penza EMERCOM training grounds located close to the Olympic Alley, the press service of the regional sports committee informed PenzaNews agency.

The 4, 6, 8 and 12 km runs of professional athletes will begin at 10.15.

The juniors will start running at 11.45.

The 4 km run for citizens will start afterwards: at 12.00 for those from the Pervomaisky area; at 12.20 for the Leninsky area; at 12.40 for the Oktyabrsky area; and at 13.00 for the Zheleznodorozhny area.
