He earned 15.483 points in vault jump, which got him the second place and the right to compete in the finals on Sunday, November 1.

On October 26, the Russian gymnasts earned the fourth place in the team roster and therefore won the right to participate in the Olympics.

The 2015 Scotland World Gymnastics Championships take place between October 23 and November 1, with athletes competing for a total of 14 sets of medals. The results of the competition will decide which strongest gymnasts will proceed into the Russian national team that will be representing the country at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
