Penza, 31 October 2015. PenzaNews. The countrywide gymnastics competition “Hopes of Russia” will take place at Burtasy sports palace in Penza on November 3-9.

The athletes will compete in group and individual categories, the latter split between those born in 2000 and born in 2001-2003.

The Penza region will be represented by nine gymnasts in individual competitions – Polina Malyakina, Alexandra Suslova, Elizaveta Bogatskova, Marina Loschinina, Elizaveta Lugovskikh, Anastasia Bezrukova, Valeria Igoshina, Elizaveta Pronina and Anastasia Krivonosova – as well as two teams.

Overall, the competition will bring together athletes from 60 Russian regions.

The official opening ceremony will take place at 16.00 of November 2, says the press service of the regional sports committee.
