Penza city hall administration to personally monitor hockey rinks preparation

Penza, 12 December 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city hall administration will personally monitor all procedures required to preparation of hockey rinks for sports.

In particular, the acting mayor Sergei Volkov will watch over the skating rink on Ladozhskaya street, 131.
Vladimir Popkov, first deputy head of city administration, was tasked to monitor the rink on Voroshilova street, 9A, while the vice-mayors Irina Shirshina and Yuri Ilyin will watch the improvement of skating rinks on Vyazemskovo street, 25, and Slavy street, 3, respectively.
Other skating rinks will be monitored by heads of structural departments in the city hall, other self-government bodies, and municipal institutions, the press service of the Penza city administration informed PenzaNews agency.
“The officials responsible will organize monitoring and coordination of timely repair and restoration of the equipment, timely flooding, and snow cleaning,” the city hall explained.
