Penza, 13 December 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza boxing championship and competition for men, young adults and junior boxers born in 2000-2001 will take place in “Rubin” sports palace on December 15-18.

The championships will be held in the memory of Andrei Merenyashev, Hero of the Soviet Union, the city sports committee told PenzaNews agency.

“The tournament will bring together boxers from Penza and the region, as well as nearby regions. The official opening will take place at 17.00 of Tuesday, December 15,” clarified the representatives of the city committee on physical education, sports and youth policy.
