It aims to bring together the students of the children and youth sports school No. 4, as well as school, college and university students, representatives of workers in companies, state and for-profit enterprises, as well as general public.

The ski-runners under 18 must have a medical note of permission from their physician handy, while people 18 or over may sign a note of acknowledgment of responsibility for their own health and safety.
