Penza, 27 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza athletes Roman Larin and Maria Astashkina were officially recognized as world record-holders, the press service of the regional Ministry of Physical Education and Sports informed PenzaNews agency.

The International Swimming Federation (FINA) recognized three world junior records set by the Russian swimmers during the 2015 Singapore world competitions.

During the competition, Roman Larin broke the record as a member of the Russian team in men’s 4-by-100 combined relay.

At the same time, Maria Astashkina achieved her world record in women’s 4-by-100 combined relay.
