Penza, 7 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev instructed to form a task force for visits to Saransk and Moscow to study the experience in document flow management and FIFA-compliant stadium construction technology.

“With the level of the event taken into account, we must make use of the experience of the experts in construction of FIFA-compliant sports locations,” the mayor stressed during the job meeting dedicated to reconstruction of “Zenit” sports complex in approach to the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Reportedly, the task force will include representatives of the city administration, the press service of the Penza city hall informed PenzaNews.

Russia will hold its first FIFA World Cup in 2018. The World Cup games will take place between June 14 and July 15 in 11 cities, including Saransk. Due to proximity, Penza was approved as a training base for one of the World Cup football teams.
