This includes the debts in the list of creditors under the bankruptcy case which is currently being reviewed by the Penza Region Arbitration Court, he clarified.
“We are doing all we can. At least we have the understanding of paying out the debts included in the list,” he stressed.
In addition, the club also has other debts which were not included in the list of creditors, the director of “Diesel” added.
“We are trying to discuss it with our creditors as well, and fully sanitize the club,” Vadim Bogatskov clarified.
He also commented on the news that “TNS Energo Penza” offered to pay out the debt for the hockey club, and explained that there are difficult talks ongoing over the issue in question.
“We have a partial agreement on the figure I mentioned. But there is a chance that the debt will be paid out in full, which would prevent us from beginning a bankruptcy process and introducing interim management. We are still in the talks,” the executive director of the hockey club explained.
