Penza “Laguna-UOR” defeats “Tyumen” in away match

Penza, 20 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza “Laguna-UOR” has defeated “Tyumen” from the eponymous city during the away match during the 15th tour of the Russian mini-football championship for women’s teams in the Supreme League.

The game took place on Saturday, March 19, and concluded with a final score of 3:5.
The home team scored the first point thanks to Anastasia Larionova on the 9th minute. However, the “Laguna-UOR” player Oksana Pegova equalized the score shortly after. She was followed by successful strikes by Alexandra Chernova who successfully outplayed the Tyumen goalkeeper Venera Paltusova two times within a span of three minutes. As a result, the first period ended at the score of 1:3.
“Tyumen” gained the initiative during the beginning of the second period, as Ekaterina Kruglova minimized the difference on the 24th minute. Following that, Irina Pravdina and Alexandra Chernova exchanged successful goals – 3:4.
The final accord in the game came with an attack by Oksana Pegova on the 37th minute, who brought the score to its final figure of 3:5, says the press service of the mini-footbal club “Laguna-UOR.”
After the match, the Penza team holds 26 points and the third position in the roster.
The unconditional leader of the championship is the St. Petersburg “Avrora” with 51 points, followed by “Torpedo-MAMI” with 34 points.
“Laguna-UOR” will play its next match in St. Petersburg on Saturday, April 2.
