Penza, 10 August 2016. PenzaNews. As the head coach Mikhail Kryukov told PenzaNews, financial problems were one of the reasons for the refusal of Atmis club from village Kevdo-Melsitovo, Kamensky area to participate in the Penza region football championship.

“We refused mostly due to financial reasons, because the team is private [...], the person has been dragging it all alone — Evgeny Zhuravlev [club president]. The country is in financial crisis now. This probably also affected,” he said.

Speaking about the future of the club, Mikhail Kryukov could not give a definite answer about public competitions Atmis will take part in.

“So far the issue is very complex. [...] The decisions are currently made. Maybe we will have to pause in all competitions, mini-football, as well,” the agency interlocutor concluded.
