Regional festival of Nordic walking to be held in Kuznetsk area

Penza, 16 August 2016. PenzaNews. XI regional festival of Nordic walking will be held on the territory of “Sosnovy bor” recreation center in Kuznetsk area, the Penza region on Friday, August 19.

Regional festival of Nordic walking to be held in Kuznetsk area

The program of events includes trainings on Nordic walking technique, aerobic workout, creative groups’ performance and a 4-kilometer hike.

Any resident of the Penza region over 45 years is welcome to take part in the festival, the press service of the regional Ministry of Sports informs.
