“Young Graces” gymnastics competition results announced in Penza

Penza, 24 September 2016. PenzaNews. Over 150 athletes took part in all-Russian open competitions in rhythmic gymnastics “Young Graces” in Penza.

The results of the tournament were announced on Friday, September 23.
In group exercises the regional team, which consisted of Anna Makarova, Yana Melnikova, Alexandra Sharykina, Darya Malakhova, Ramilya Valeeva and Aksinya Gorodnichaya, won bronze in the all-around. The first place went to the team of the Rostov region, the second — to the athletes of the Kemerovo region.
In the individual program among gymnasts born in 2006, the best is the Penza athlete Elizaveta Serebryakova, the second and third places are occupied by the representatives of Volgograd Alina Lukyanenko and Arina Zaharyina respectively.
Under the program of 2004-2005 years of birth, the Penza gymnast Valeria Plachinda shared the third place with Arina Vagabova from Astrakhan. The first is Daria Murzaykina from Ulyanovsk, and the second place belongs to Stefania Bakhaeva from Volgograd.
The tournament is a qualifier to the All-Russian contest “Young Gymnasts,” which will be held in St. Petersburg. “Dynamo” society will be present by 12 athletes, including two gymnasts from Penza — Valeria Plachinda and Anastasia Karpenko, as well as the team of the Rostov region in the exercise group, the website of “Burtasy” Palace of Sports informs.
