“Cross of Nations” gathers over 5 thousand enthusiasts in Penza

Penza, 25 September 2016. PenzaNews. Over 5 thousand people took part in the All-Russian action “Cross of Nations” in Penza on Sunday, September 25.

“Cross of Nations” gathers over 5 thousand enthusiasts in Penza

The youngest participants of the event — the Penza residents born in 2007 — ran 2 km 16 meters, professionals — 6, 7 and 12 km, and the most popular was a 5-km race.

This year a separate distance was organized for people with disabilities.

“Cross of Nations” started near “Diesel-Arena” complex. The itinerary ran through Okruzhnaya and Karpinskogo streets, along the back-up road and Olimpiyskaya alley.

The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas, medals and cups.
