Penza, 26 September 2016. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region, Ivan Belozertsev questioned the official results of the regional children's swimming courses.

“The results are good, but we question the number of children taught to swim,” he said during the operational meeting in the regional government on Monday, September 26.

Ivan Belozertsev instructed the head of the regional Ministry of Sports Gregory Kabelsky to conduct random checks.

“This applies to all ministers — double-check, examine the situation so that each of you had objective information,” the governor stressed.
