Penza, 2 October 2016. PenzaNews. The grant from the Russian Cycling Federation in the amount of 650 thousand rubles will be spent on bicycles for children’s and youth sports school No. 4 in Penza.

As the city sports committee told PenzaNews, the funds were allocated based on the success of school students in the Russian Sports Contest among school children.

It is expected that the new bikes will be granted to the department of BMX.
