Penza, 6 October 2016. PenzaNews. A three-day seminar led by the honored instructor of martial arts, technical director of the Federation of Aikido Russia, the sixth dan Aikikai Ivan Novikov from St. Petersburg, will start in Penza on Friday, October 7.

The seminar will be held as part of the festival of martial arts, dedicated to the 25 th anniversary of the Federation, in “Voeykov” sports palace.

At 19.00 on Friday, there will be an evening training session, and the next day at 9.00 am – the morning session.

At 17.30 on Saturday, October 8, a theatrical show-demonstration will be held in the cinema and concert hall “Penza.”

The final morning practice will be held as an open session at 10.00 on Sunday. It will be free to all participants.

As the event program finishes, the participants are invited to saenarapati — the farewell dinner, the website of the Penza regional public organization on sports promotion “Aikido Federation” informs.
