Rhythmic gymnastics competition “Hopes of Russia” to be held in Penza

Penza, 25 October 2016. PenzaNews. The rhythmic gymnastics competition “Hopes of Russia” in individual program and in sets will be held in the Penza sports palace “Burtasy.”

Those competing in the individual program will perform first. They will compete on November 3-6, and on November 9-10 there will be competition in sets.
Athletes aged 13-15 are allowed to participate in individual program – all-around – under the program of candidates in masters of sports, candidates for youth and junior teams of Russia, two gymnasts from voluntary sports societies and departments, three gymnasts from the city hosting the competition.
Girls will perform with a hoop, a ball, clubs, and a ribbon in the all-around.
In sets gymnasts aged 13-15 perform under the program of candidates in masters of sports. Teams manipulate with five ropes and five sets of clubs in all-around program.
The trainees of the Penza gymnastics school will participate in the competition: Marina Loschinina, Valeria Igoshina, Polina Malyakina, Alexandra Suslova, Anastasia Bezrukova, Elizaveta Pronina, as well as Candidate Master of Sports team in sets under the guidance of the coaches Evgenia Bochkareva, Maria Komendantova, and Svetlana Melnikova, the department for sports events organization of the Specialized Children and Youth School of Olympic Reserve in gymnastics named after N. Lavrova reports.
