Penza, 1 December 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza athlete Irina Astashkina became 9th at the World Platform Diving Championship among juniors that was held in Kazan.

On Wednesday, November 30, she got 302.95 points for platform diving.

The first place belongs to the Chinese athlete Sya Binzin who scored 381.95 points. Sofia Lyskun from Ukraine was second with 370.2 points, and bronze went to Araya Matsuri from Japan – 367.6 points.

Another Russian platform diver Yana Satina became 5th with the result of 344.35 points, the sports news agency “Ves sport” reports.
