Athlete from Penza region to take part in Russian Championship in athletics

Penza, 24 February 2017. PenzaNews. The trainee of the sports training centre of the Penza region Alexei Sobin will take part in the Russian Championship in athletics, which will be held in Saransk on February 25-28. This was reported by the sports training centre administration.

These competitions were included in the list of official sports competitions for the deaf in 2017 approved by the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation.

Last year the international master of sports Alexei Sobin won a gold medal at the 3 km distance at the Russian Championship in athletics among athletes with hearing impairment, which was also held in Mordovia.
