Penza, 11 April 2017. PenzaNews. Works on reconstruction of the training ground of the sports complex "Zenit" in Penza, which is planned to be involved in preparation of a team to the 2018 FIFA World Cup, are conducted behind schedule. This was concluded by the head of the regional Ministry of Industry Alexander Grishaev during an off-site meeting at the facility on Tuesday, April 11.

The minister pointed to utterly unsatisfactory progress of the construction works.

During the meeting, the client, municipal public institution "Department of capital repairs of Penza", and the general contracting organization, municipal unitary enterprise "Penzagorstroyzakazchik" received orders, which are supposed to normalize the situation and to bring the facility into operation within the time limits set, the press service of the regional ministry of construction and road industry informed.
