Penza, 16 May 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza club "Imperia" will compete in the group "Centre" at the Russian Rugby Championship 2017.

Competitors of the Penza team will become "Navarskaya zastava" and "Burevestnik" from Saint Petersburg. All games will be held within a month.

"Imperia" will play the first match in Penza – on July 8 it will meet with "Navarskaya zastava". Then, the team will go to Saint Petersburg where it will play with "Burevestnik" on July 22, and with "Navarskaya zastava" – on July 25. On July 30 "Imperia" will meet with "Burevestnik" in Penza.

In August, "Imperia" will have two play-off matches with winners of the group "South". The winner of these matches will become the owner of the Small Russian Rugby Championship Cup 2017.

Altogether six teams will compete for the victory.
