The head of the Penza Capital Repairs Department Igor Umnov reported that the contractor company is installing an outdoor water supply system, a utility sewerage system, a field drainage system with an artificial surface, as well as carrying out general construction works in the boiler house.

According to him, the workers are also installing light towers, reinforcement cages of the first floor in the office building, as well as a monolithic overhead cover of the first floor.

Igor Umnov noted that works on territory improvement had started.

Special attention was given to the state of a field with a natural surface, which was sown with meadow grass and English ryegrass.

By the moment, the English ryegrass has already sprouted. The meadow grass, which will give an emerald colour shade to the field, only began to produce first shoots.

Victor Kuvaytsev noted that after the grass had sprouted, it was necessary to think about ways to preserve it.

He ordered to work out the issue of greenhouse creation, so that it is possible to replace a damaged part of the field promptly if needed, the mayor's office press service reports.
