Penza, 4 June 2018. PenzaNews. A call centre aimed at the provision of information assistance to fans of the Football World Cup 2018 was organized in Penza.

As the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Penza region told PenzaNews, it is located in the building at 49 Volodarsky street, office 303.

"It is possible to ask all questions from 4 to 14 June from 9.00 to 18.00, from 15 to 30 June – around the clock by calling +7 (8412) 45-48-81," the department specified.

The press service noted that interpreters of several languages such as Farsi, Portuguese, Spanish and English will work in the call-centre.

As it was reported before, the first Football World Cup in the Russian history will be held from June 14 to July 15 in 11 cities of Russia – in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Ekaterinburg, Volgograd, Rostov on Don and Sochi.

The closest to Penza matches will be held in Saransk. On 16 June the teams of Peru and Denmark will have a match, on June 19 – the teams of Colombia and Japan, on June 28 – the teams of Panama and Tunis.

It is expected that some fans will stay in Penza due to the lack of available rooms in the capital of Mordovia.
