"Although I am not a great football expert, on watching the game of our players that even cannot run, I have a question: Why should we spend budget money on them? Maybe it would be better to increase funding for the rugby club [Imperia], which has a desire to achieve results?" he said during the meeting at the city hall on Wednesday, June 13.

Victor Kuvaytsev ordered chairman of the Committee on Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Policy of the city Vladislav Chesnokov to sort out the issue and propose corrective actions, the press service of the Penza administration informs.
