1,100 football fans transported from Penza to Saransk in one day

Penza, 26 June 2018. PenzaNews. On June 25 approximately 1,100 football fans went from Penza to Saransk, where a match of the group stage of the FIFA World Cup between the teams of Iran and Portugal was held. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Industry, Transportation and Innovation Policy of the Penza region.

The department specified that about 700 people preferred to go by train, 300 sports fans went by taxi and charter bus, and other 100 people – by regular buses.

"Everything went fine. During registration, boarding and transportation no violations and incidents were registered," the Ministry of Industry said.
