Municipal unitary enterprise Penzgorstroyzakazchik plans to exact about 33 million roubles from municipal public institution Department of Capital Constriction of Penza City for the work performed in excess of the contract price as of August 29, 2016, concluded for the reconstruction of the stadium Zenit, which was timed to the FIFA World Cup 2018.

The position of the plaintiff is that the need for additional work was agreed in the relevant acts drawn up with the participation of the city Department of Capital Construction, LLC Intertehnika and independent non-profit organization Arena-2018.

The next preliminary hearing of the case will be held on Monday, December 3.

The Financial Department of Penza, the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the city administration are involved as third parties.
