Penza, 29 March 2019. PenzaNews. The specialists of the administration of Penza began to form land for the construction of an ice palace in the district of Arbekovo. This was reported by mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

"We had a meeting with one of the big developers of the district and decided on a site where the ice palace could be placed. There is such an opportunity," he said at the 55th regular session of the City Duma on Friday, March 29.

Victor Kuvaytsev reminded that governor Ivan Belozertsev had already announced the preliminary cost of the construction, as well as information about funding sources and the intended purpose of the sports facility.
