Penza, 26 May 2019. PenzaNews. Head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev and a few of his colleagues from the city hall took part in a bike parade that was held near Okruzhnaya Street in the framework of the all-Russian campaign on Sunday, May 26.

The participants were invited to cycle more than 5 km.

The route ran through the streets of Okruzhnaya, Karpinskogo, along a relief road and Zelenodolskaya Street. The finish line was near the sports and entertainment complex Diesel Arena.

"The bicycle is of great importance for the environment and quality of life, besides it helps to improve health. It is very nice to see active residents of Penza, who were not afraid of rain and joined the mass cycling around the city," Victor Kuvaytsev said.

According to the press service of the Penza administration, altogether over 1,000 people took part in the bike parade. At the end of the race there was a lottery with a prize draw held for the participants.
