"We would like to create a community of people who care about both rugby and the honour of the city. At one time, there was a similar organization, but we will try to make it better," said Kirill Lebedev, initiator of the association of fans in an organized group.

According to the press-service of the Lokomotiv-Penza rugby club, a community on the social network VKontakte was created for communication of fan club participants.
