"We are now in the second stage of lifting the restrictions. The morbidity is dropping. Enterprises, small and medium businesses are working again. Most of the people are spending time outside. However, Rospotrebnadzor sets rather strict conditions for transition to the third stage of restrictions removal," he said during a meeting with the heads of fitness centres and other sports facilities, held in the Voyeykov Palace of Martial Arts on Friday, July 3.
The head of the region added that he received numerous requests from residents to allow the work of sports facilities.
"It's too early to move to a new stage of restrictions removal in Penza region, but it's possible to allow the work of sports facilities in a test mode with respect to sanitary safety standards," the press service of the regional government quoted Ivan Belozertsev.
