Penza, 10 July 2020. PenzaNews. The period of restrictive measures introduced in Penza region under the high alert regime in response to the threat of novel coronavirus infection COVID-19, which had been previously extended until July 26, was shortened by one day.

According to the changes that were made to the Governor's resolution No. 27 on Friday, July 10, the restrictions will be valid until July 25.

The paragraph of the document, according to which the exploitation of swimming pools and other physical education and sport facilities had been stopped since 25 March, was declared null and void.

In addition, physical education and sporting events are now allowed.

Besides, bathhouses and saunas may resume their activities if guided by recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor.

Until July 25, the appointment of inspections, in respect of which the provisions of Federal Law No. 294-FZ "On protection of rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in exercise of state control (supervision) and municipal control" are applied, was suspended, except for unscheduled inspections, which are caused by possible threat to the life and health of citizens, natural and man-made emergencies, as well as inspections resulting in the issuance of permits, licenses, accreditation certificates and other approvals.

The resolution comes into force on the day of signing.
