Penza, 23 January 2021. PenzaNews. 29 children with disabilities received distinctions from the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex Ready for Labour and Defence in Penza.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of Penza region, among them are 20 pupils of the Penza boarding school for deaf and hard of hearing children, as well as nine students of boarding school No. 54.

The insignia were presented to them by head of the regional Ministry of Sports Grigory Kabelsky.
