Penza, 29 February 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region agricultural machine park is 90% ready to begin the sowing season, announced Andrei Burlakov, acting deputy chairman of the Penza region, acting regional Minister of Agriculture, during the regional government meeting session on Monday, February 29.

According to him, this figure will reach 95% in the next two weeks.

Moreover, Andrei Burlakov added, the officials decided to create a strategic reserve of about 58,000 tons of diesel, which will be stored in warehouses and ready for immediate delivery.
