After seeing the fight, the teenager grabbed a metal wrench and hit a 26-year-old man in the head at least once,” Lyudmila Fomina, senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations, told PenzaNews.
The culprit and his friends escaped the premises shortly after, she pointed out.
“The wrench in question was found in the car that belongs to the accused, and was seized by the investigators and entered into the case file,” she explained.
The accused will be detained before the trial in the nearest future, Lyudmila Fomina added.
