Penza, 17 May 2016. PenzaNews. The police arrested a 26-year-old Penza citizen who beat down a 46-year-old man with a wooden bench by an apartment building on Stroiteley prospekt.

“The victim was brought to the ER with multiple injuries,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

The suspect, a man with a criminal record, was brought to the police for further questioning, they noted.

“The incident is currently being investigated,” the police pointed out.
