Ukrainian citizen sentenced to 4 years in prison for drug trafficking in Penza and Samara

Penza, 23 August 2016. PenzaNews. Zheleznodorozhny district court of Penza sentenced the citizen of Ukraine Artem Tishchenko to 4 years of imprisonment with punishment serving in a corrective colony for attempt of drug sale.

“Atem Tishchenko used to receive drugs of plant and synthetic origin from unidentified persons the materials of the criminal case concerning whom are a separate criminal proceeding, and bring them from Moscow to Penza and Samara. Then he stocked them, packed and placed in “bookmarks,” recorded their location, which reported to drug-addicted citizens via text-messages,” the message of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation states.
It adds that when the 18-year-old young man was arrested at the railway station of Penza, he had over 1 thousand doses of drugs prepared for sale.
The message notes that in court the state prosecution was supported by the VFD transport prosecutor's office.
