Penza, 3 August 2017. PenzaNews. A criminal case against an entrepreneur who is accused of illegal felling of pines worth 800,000 rubles in Uzinsko-Chindyasky forestry of the Shemysheysky area of the Penza region was submitted to court.

As Maria Zimina, acting senior assistant of the regional prosecutor for media relations, told PenzaNews, the man caused damage on an especially large scale.

"The entrepreneur who carried out activities without corresponding approval documents in the territory of the Shemysheysky area ordered his workers to cut down the trees," the interlocutor explained.

Maria Zimina specified that altogether 129 raw trees had been cut down.
