Penza, 10 May 2018. PenzaNews. The verdict, according to which a resident of the Gorodishchensky area of the Penza region received a 2 year suspended prison sentence for illegal distribution of pornographic materials, entered into force.

As an official representative of the Gorodishchensky area court told PenzaNews, using a laptop the criminal posted files available for public viewing and downloading that contained information of a pornographic nature on his profile on the social network VKontakte thus giving an opportunity to any registered user to watch and download them.

"The defendant fully admitted guilt of the crime. The case was considered in a special order," the agency's interlocutor said.

He added that the court found it necessary to confiscate the USB modem, laptop and charger, which the criminal used in the distribution of prohibited materials.
