Penza festival “Jazz May” recognized as best cultural project of event tourism

Penza, 20 November 2012. PenzaNews. International festival “Jazz May,” which took place in Penza on May 17–21, won the national award in the field of event tourism “Russian Event Awards” in culture.

Diplomas in this category were awarded to the third festival of young European film “Voices” and the annual International Music Open-Air “Kubana.”

According to the official website of the award, the best Russian event tourism projects were also named in the field of sports and environment.

Moreover, the committee noted the activities of historical and business spheres.

Awards were granted to the projects in eight different categories.
