Penza, 25 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza culture and leisure center can be rented for 24,000 rubles per hour, announced Vera Feygina, head of the city Department of Culture, during the 20th City Duma session on Friday, March 25.

Vera Feygina thanked the Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev, who made it so that the concert halls would only be available for free, which she called a long-needed measure.

“We had this issue with KVN just recently. […] Now they will be holding their finals at the culture and leisure center. They will pay 39,000 rubles for 90 minutes,” she pointed out.
