As earlier it was reported, unlike traditional radio, cable or satellite television, interactive TV "Rostelecom" gives the chance to use additional services, such as interactive TV program on the screen of the TV, the function "records", "pause", "rewind", "parental control" and access to video hire shop library ("video on demand").

"Rostelecom" has direct license agreements with the largest producers of films and TV programs such as NBC Universal, Warner Bros., Disney, Sony Pictures etc. It allows subscribers of interactive TV "Rostelecom" to get access not only to popular TV programs and films, which became classics, but also to the latest novelties TV and film industries.

A TV-prefix is provided free of charge to the subscribers who plumbed in the service "The interactive television" for a year since February 2012.
